On the 6th of the Lunar New Year, Mr. Ho Minh Hoang – Chairman of Deo Ca Group, chaired the early spring meeting of the Group. The meeting was held directly in Hanoi, online with 15 other offices of the Group.
The program was attended by all members of the BOM, the Advisory Council, experts, BOD, leaders of specialized departments, and leaders of all projects that Deo Ca is implementing.

After sending New Year’s greetings to all Deo Ca people, the Chairman asked everyone to start working immediately. He paid particular attention to the work at the Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon and Cam Lam – Vinh Hao projects that Deo Ca is deploying. In Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon, that is how people can get the fastest information about the project implementation.
In Cam Lam – Vinh Hao, that is necessary to complete the project by the end of 2023 as promised to the Prime Minister.
All are determined and united to complete the task in 2023.

The early spring meeting at the construction sites of the Thung Thi tunnel, Truong Vinh tunnel, Cam Lam – Vinh Hao expressway, Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon expressway, etc., also took place with great enthusiasm. Leaders of the projects’ BOM sent New Year’s greetings to employees, gave lucky money, and shared common work plans and goals in 2023.
Also, the working atmosphere was bustling on the construction sites on the early spring day. Determined to “don’t let the projects delay even one day”, Deo Ca people urgently started work, and machinery quickly started construction. All aim to finish projects on time, safely, and with quality.
On the same day, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam – Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People’s Committee, visited Cam Lam – Vinh Hao project and sent New Year’s greetings to employees there. After listening to the report on the construction situation, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam highly appreciated the investor’s efforts and believed that Deo Ca bring the project to the finish line, ensuring quality and progress.

Previously, from the afternoon of January 26 (the 5th of the Lunar New Year), Deo Ca Group’s buses transferred employees back to projects to work after the Lunar New Year holiday. The attention and support of the Group’s leadership encouraged employees to focus on production.
