On January 7, 2023, employees of Deo Ca Group gathered at the Cam Lam – Vinh Hao Expressway Project (Ninh Thuan province) to compete in the performance “The singing of employees”.

Participating in the competition were art performances from employees of the Group working in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue – Da Nang, Binh Dinh – Phu Yen – Khanh Hoa, Cam Lam – Vinh Hao project. In particular, it had the presence of the MienTrung University of Civil Engineering – a partner of the Deo Ca Group.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Hung – Vice Chairman of the Group, said: “This year, the performance was held in Cam Lam – Vinh Hao. We bring the singing to the South Central, where hundreds of employees work hard through the night, through the holidays so that all can sing together”.

The elaborately choreographed artworks brought a unique musical space, making a solid impression on the Jury and all audiences.

Musician Le Bao Long – Deputy Head of the Jury, praised the professional quality of the performance. In addition, the Jury highly appreciated the efforts of the competition teams to bring unique art products, expressing the very own culture of Deo Ca.

“The performance tonight is professional, and you are talented artists”, the judge, vocal instructor, MMus. Le Quynh Anh commented.

At the end of the performance, the Jury selected 4 acts from the areas: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Dinh – Phu Yen – Khanh Hoa, Cam Lam – Vinh Hao project, Hanoi to perform at the 2022 Closing Gala night on January 8, 2023. The competition results will also be announced on the Gala night.

“The singing of employees” is an annual art playground for employees in the Deo Ca system launched by the Trade Union and the Group’s BOD. The goal is to strengthen the connection internally. It is an opportunity for employees to develop their artistic talents and passions and to show their pride in working in Deo Ca.
